Shipping
We care for the environment and endeavour to use recycled and reusable material as much as possible to package our items.

New Zealand
We aim to keep our shipping costs as affordable as possible.
• There is a flat rate of $10 for the North Island and $15 for the South Island and rural addresses*.
• If purchasing earrings only, there is a $7.50 flat rate nationwide.
• Large orders, please contact us for shipping estimates.
• Locals have the option to pick up their order from our studio in Hunua by appointment, simply click PICKUP at the checkout and we can organise a time that is suitable for collection.
• Shipping to a physical address only, no deliveries to a P.O Box.
• We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders for tangible goods will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.
• Please allow 4 to 7 working days for delivery within NZ.

*Rural Delivery
There is a flat rate of $15 nationwide.
If you live in a rural address, please select the rural delivery option.
If you do not select this, we will have to contact you for a top-up payment
before sending your item.

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are taken on a case by case basis. All products are measured, described and photographed as accurately as possible. If you feel this has not been the case with the product you have received please email me, hello@rceramics.co.nz to discuss. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If in the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.  Please get in touch via the email hello@rceramics.co.nz below within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be given the option for either a refund (excluding shipping) or a replacement item similar to the one you originally purchased.
